Kid's Bike Sizing Guide
Welcome to the kids bike sizing guide for urban bikes, which is what might be considered a “normal” kids bike. Here at the Co-op we love British kids bike brand Frog, but we carefully select the best models from other brands too.

To get the perfect fit for a Frog bike, you should: Stand the child against a wall, wearing socks, and place a book vertically between their legs as high as comfortable. Then get them to move away from the wall and measure from the top edge of the book to the floor.
Look up the result in the minimum inside leg column of the sizing chart. If your child’s inside leg is 50cm, for example, the appropriate bike for them would be a Frog 47. If your child’s inside leg is 46cm, on the other hand, a Frog 47 will be too big. You should therefore opt for the smaller Frog 44.
